These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Pillar Insurance Inc.

SMS Program Description

Pillar Insurance Inc uses SMS text messaging for customer care and conversational insurance communications. Messages may include responses to customer inquiries, quote or policy follow-up, appointment scheduling, document or status notifications, and service-related follow-up.

This SMS program is not used for bulk marketing, advertising, affiliate marketing, third-party lead generation, or promotional campaigns.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS text messages from Pillar Insurance Inc in one of the following ways:

  1. By starting a text conversation with Pillar Insurance Inc at one of our registered business SMS numbers.
  2. By verbally requesting or agreeing to receive text messages during a phone call or in-person conversation with a Pillar Insurance Inc representative.

When verbal SMS consent is collected, Pillar Insurance Inc staff will use the following script:

Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. Your mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase products or services.”

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Pillar Insurance Inc as described above.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Pillar Insurance Inc and your insurance service needs.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your mobile service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions
